[SBS Star] gugudan SEJEONG Blushes After Hearing an Incredible Compliment from Kang Daniel

It looks like SEJEONG, a member of K-pop girl group gugudan, set a great example for the fellow K-pop artists.

On October 25 episode of KBS' talk show 'Happy Together 4', SEJEONG reciprocated Kang Daniel's kind words with a big smile.
Back in May, Wanna One's member Kang Daniel and SEJEONG made appearance at JTBC's variety show 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator'.
On that episode, Kang Daniel tried to explain why he refered to SEJEONG as his role model when he was on Mnet's survival audition program 'Produce 101 Season 2'.

He said, "I was just talking to myself but it turned out that my microphone was still on. She is called 'god' SEJEONG and since my last name is Kang, I thought I could be 'god' Daniel too. I truly admire her energy and what she's been doing with it. That's why I wanted to be more like her."

That episode went viral and garnered so much attention that made the host of 'Happy Together 4' want to bring up the incident again even after five months.
To a question what did she think about his comment back then, SEJEONG answered, "I blushed. But then I was so grateful that he thought of me as his role model since we are all just taking baby steps."
Her humble response put a smile on everyone's faces and encouraged the other hosts of the show to reveal their own role models one by one.
Especially, when Yu Jae Seok said, "Next year, I'm going to beat me.", everyone burst into laugh.

Meanwhile, gugudan is planning on making its comeback on November 6 as an 8-member group.
