[SBS Star] MOMOLAND Nayun to Halt All Activities Due to Health Issues

K-pop girl group MOMOLAND's Nayun will be taking a break from all activities.

On July 1, MOMOLAND's management agency MLD Entertainment released an official statement announcing that Nayun is temporarily taking a break from the group's promotions.
According to the statement, Nayun is suffering from BPPV (benign paroxysmal positional vertigo), a disorder that causes extreme dizziness.

The official statement of the agency is as follows:

Hello, this is MLD Entertainment.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has given their love to MOMOLAND.

Recently, MOMOLAND's member Nayun experienced dizziness, and while undergoing examinations at the hospital, she received a diagnosis of BPPV.

Although Nayun expressed her strong determination to continue participating in MOMOLAND's promotions, we decided that she would entirely focus on treatment as her health is our top priority.

Not only Nayun, but other MOMOLAND members and all employees of our agency will do our best to ensure Nayun's quick recovery.

Due to these circumstances, MOMOLAND will be promoting as eight members (Hyebin, Yeonwoo, Jane, Taeha, Daisy, Jooe, Ahin, Nancy) for the time being.
