[SBS Star] Wanna One to Kick Off Its First-ever World Tour 'ONE: THE WORLD'

K-pop boy group Wanna One has successfully wrapped up its Seoul concert, and is kicking off its first world tour throughout various cities around the world.

On June 3, Wanna One held a press conference at Gocheok Sky Dome, on the last day of its concert in Seoul.
During the press conference, eleven members of Wanna One opened up about how they feel to be part of this upcoming journey.

The group's leader Yoon Ji Sung said, "The audience could watch various sides of the members during the concert. I am more than happy to show the best version of ourselves through the world tour. I hope everyone to enjoy our performance."

Lai Kwan Lin noted, "It feels like a relief to finally get the chance to meet Wannables (Wanna One's fandom) all across the globe. I am looking forward to learning more about the cities and their culture (by the world tour)."

Wanna One is also expected to release a special album '1÷χ=1 (UNDIVIDED)', today.

For the upcoming album promotions, Wanna One will be divided into four different sub-units―Triple position, Lean On Me, The Heal and No.1.

Triple Position consists of three members―Kang Daniel, Kim Jae Hwan and Park Woo Jin, and their song 'Kangaroo' is produced by Block B's ZICO.
Kang Daniel said, "Unlike other songs that we have been presenting to the public, this time we focused more on showing off our boyish sides through the new track. I want to say thank you to ZICO, for allowing us to step further as musicians."

Lean On Me―Yoon Ji Sung, Ha Sung Woon and Hwang Min Hyun, presents a sentimental ballad track 'Forever And A Day' produced by well-known Korean band Nell.
Hwang Min Hyun highlighted, "I personally am a big fan of Nell, so I was beyond happy to collaborate with the band through this project. We highly focused on expressing our sentimental mood and emotions through our vocals and sorrowful melody."

No.1, consists of the group's three young members―Park Ji Hoon, Bae Jin Young and Lai Kwan Lin, presents a song called '11 (Eleven)' produced by Korean hip-hop group Dynamic Duo.
Park Ji Hoon said, "The song has minimal yet catchy melody, which especially illustrates our masculine side. I want to express my gratitude to Dynamic Duo for giving us this wonderful track."

Lastly, The Heal―Ong Seong Wu and Lee Dae Hwi presents 'Sandglass', a song produced by Korean female solo artist Heize.
Lee Dae Hwi expressed, "If we flip the sandglass upside down, a new chapter begins. That's the hopeful message that we wanted to deliver to our fans. The end brings another beginning."

The four unit tracks as well as the new title track 'Light' will officially be released today at 6PM KST.
