[SBS Star] The Primary Reason Why Park Seo Jun Has Completed Serving Military Duty Early

Actor Park Seo Jun's interview that tells the reason why he has completed serving his military duty relatively early resurfaces online.

Debuted from the KBS' drama 'Dream High 2' (2012), Park Seo Jun has been in several Korean dramas and gained incessant popularity.

Besides his small screen careers, Park Seo Jun's active participation in the film 'Midnight Runners' (2017) and tvN's variety show 'Youn's Kitchen' (2018) has also caught the eyes of the public. The reason behind his popularity is that he does not have to take any gap years for the military unlike other Korean male celebrities who look forward to joining the army.

Born in 1988, Park Seo Jun has been in the army as an active-duty soldier when he was 21. Park Seo Jun said, "I'm actually glad that I've served the duty early. I mean, I decided to go to the army because I had no work at that time, but now I think about it, it was a great choice."

He noted, "People like the fact that I will not take any gap years from work because of the army."

It is reported that Park Seo Jun has joined the army when he struggled from competing against various talented male celebrities. Since Park Seo Jun has already completed serving the mandatory duty, he is free from the pressure that he has to take a long break from work for the military.

Meanwhile, Park Seo Jun's upcoming drama 'Why Is Secretary Kim Like That?' airs its first episode on June 6.
