[SBS Star] Lee Joon Gi Spotted Helping Out the Production Crew While Filming

Korean actor Lee Joon Gi was seen helping out the production crew during the shooting of his current drama 'Lawless Lawyer'.

On May 23, 'Lawless Lawyer' released photos of Lee Joon Gi at the filming site of the drama looking like he is a member of the production crew.

In the photos, Lee Joon Gi is seen with a boom pole, and holding a piece of black aluminum foil for lighting in his hands for the staff.

Apparently, the actor spends majority of his break kindly helping out the crew like this. Although Lee Joon Gi turns serious once the camera starts rolling, he brightens the mood with his cheerful personality.

There was this even one time when he pretended to be a salesman trying to sell some red ginseng extract to his co-star Lee Hye-young, and made everyone burst into laughter. Lee Joon Gi commented, "The atmosphere on set is always great. I enjoy being that one guy who makes the director, crew, and cast get along well. It makes me happy to see them all harmoniously work together."

He added, "I hope that we can continue to film together in a fun and friendly atmosphere. I think it is really important to learn about each other when you are working on a project together. Sometimes, I feel awkward too, but I like the fact that the atmosphere at the site becomes nicer when I open up and approach to people." In 'Lawless Lawyer', Lee Joon Gi plays the leading role of 'Bong Sang-pil', a former gang member who became a lawyer and fights against those with absolute power.

'Lawless Lawyer' airs every Saturday and Sunday at 9PM.
