[SBS Star] Jung Yong Hwa Opens Up About Kissing Scene with Lee Yeon Hee

K-pop boy group CNBLUE's member and actor Jung Yong Hwa opened up about his recent kissing scene with actress Lee Yeon Hee.

On November 15, there was a press conference for actor Jung's recent drama 'The Package' in Myeongdong, Seoul.
During its press conference, Jung Yong Hwa talked about having good chemistry with Lee Yeon Hee in the drama. 
In 'The Package', actor Jung and actress Lee are in a romantic relationship where they show diverse love scenes including kissing scenes.
Recently, actor Jung and actress Lee showed off their fantastic chemistry as love partners, showing their deep kissing scene as if they are real couples. 
He said, "I didn't know that scene would be trending. But the director told me, 'It will be a big trouble if we don't put any music in the background.' So I laughed so much. I didn't know it would come out like that." 
He continued, "My character has diverse charms. He's like a curious child. But it's not charming if I only show that side. I thought kissing scenes or love relationship can show some masculine side of my character. Also, I think in real life too, there needs to be some masculinity in love. So I've decided to shoot that way." 
Actor Jung Yong Hwa also revealed behind the scene of the kissing scene. He said, "We shoot that scene in Korea, not France. It was after shooting ending scenes in France." 
Then he said, "I tried my best not to have bloopers. Since staff on the set was all watching us, I was embarrassed. So I've decided to finish it with one cut." 

Jung Yong Hwa also compared his recent kissing scenes with previous works. Without any hesitation, he said, "Frankly speaking, there was a kissing scene in drama 'Heartstrings', but I wasn't good at it back then and many people cursed at me. So I thought 'This would be the right time to show'." 

Moreover, he shared about CNBLUE members' reactions to his kissing scenes. He said, "In our group chat room members talked about the scene. They said, 'Bro, you actually did a deep kiss'. Wasn't I different from other members' kissing scenes in their drama?" and showed his pride toward his professional acting skills. 

Their kissing scene has been trending on China's SNS Weibo, topping the chart at No.2. The clip of their kissing scene has surpassed 400,000 views already.
