On December 2, Taeyeon guested on BAMBAM's YouTube show 'Bam House'.
BAMBAM told the production team that he is the biggest fan of hers, and he sure did look excited and nervous while waiting for Taeyeon's arrival.
When BAMBAM and Taeyeon finally met, BAMBAM could not speak properly; it took some time for BAMBAM to regain his composure.
Taeyeon wondered what he wanted to thank her for, and BAMBAM explained, "Do you remember the time we met before I made my debut as a member of GOT7? You did so much for me then."
He went on, "You signed me an autograph and said, 'Let's meet after you make your debut.' Those words made me want to work harder to make my debut. The truth is, I was on the verge of quitting my training at that time. I had been a trainee for many years, but I failed to become part of the pre-debut GOT7 team. I felt like I was never going to make it, so I thought about quitting at the end of my contract that was ending around then."
He resumed, "That was when I met you. After meeting you and hearing that from you, I was like, 'I can't give up now. I have to make my debut!' You helped me to get back on my feet. I'm still so grateful to you for that. Your words meant the world to me."
With a big smile, Taeyeon replied, "Oh, yes. I remember that day. I remember writing that under my autograph as well."
In response to BAMBAM's comment, Taeyeon said, "Well, thank you for making your debut, BAMBAM."
Then, BAMBAM told Taeyeon that he used to listen to her ballad track 'If' at Han River during his trainee days whenever he struggled hard, which made Taeyeon laugh and go, "Seriously?! Oh my...! How cute!"
