On April 21, one popular K-pop cover dancer shared a video on his YouTube that excited fans of NCT 127.
It was because NCT 127 had appeared on the video while a number of K-pop fans were doing random play dance.
Random play dance is a group activity in which people gather in an area at a specific time together and dance to different songs that rapidly change.
Just over 10 minutes after random play dance began, some fans started screaming in shock as they saw NCT 127 coming out of the crowd.
They even danced to 'SORRY, SORRY' by another boy group Super Junior, and seemed to have had a blast with fans in New York City.
It is assumed that the members of NCT 127 spotted the crowd doing K-pop random play dance out the window and thought it would be fun to join them.
Meanwhile, NCT 127 is scheduled to kick off its first-ever North American concert tour 'NEO CITY - The Origin' with a show in Newark, New Jersey on April 24.
