이러한 무단 데이터 수집 행위는 당사의 지적재산권을 침해하는 명백한 불법 행위입니다. 무엇보다, 기계적인 대량의 트래픽 요청은 당사 웹 서버와 네트워크 인프라에 과도한 부하를 야기하며, 결과적으로 일반 독자들의 원활한 뉴스 서비스 이용을 방해하고 장애를 유발할 수 있는 심각한 위협입니다.

이에 당사는 사전 협의되지 않은 모든 형태의 자동화된 웹 크롤링 및 데이터 추출 행위를 당장 중단해 주실 것을 강력히 경고합니다.

Please be advised that all content provided on the SBS News website and related service platforms (PC, mobile, apps, etc.), including all articles, text, images, videos, and audio clips, is copyrighted and owned by SBS.

Recently, we have continuously detected instances of unauthorized, large-scale data collection (crawling/scraping) of our news content using various automated scripts and bot programs, including basic AI codes. Repeated and indiscriminate mass access with abnormal patterns is being fully monitored and recorded by our security systems.

Such unauthorized data collection is a clear illegal act that infringes upon our intellectual property rights. Above all, mechanical, large-scale traffic requests cause excessive load on our web servers and network infrastructure, posing a serious threat that can disrupt smooth news service for general readers and cause system failures.

Therefore, we strongly warn you to immediately cease all forms of unauthorized automated web crawling and data extraction activities.

- Systemic Action: Permanent blocking of server access without prior notice for the IP addresses and access sources causing abnormal traffic.
- Legal Action: Pursuit of strict civil and criminal legal liability, including claims for damages, based on infringement of the Copyright Act, violation of Article 48 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection (Prohibition of Acts Infringing upon Information and Communications Networks), and the crime of obstruction of business under the Criminal Act.
