    Youth Protection Policy

    SBSi (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") places great importance on the protection of youth and implements the Youth Protection Policy in accordance with the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc., in order to protect youth from harmful information and support their safe use of the Internet.

    1. Goals and Basic Principles for Youth Protection

    The Company endeavors to prevent youth from being exposed to harmful information without appropriate safeguards and implements preventive measures to minimize such exposure.

    3. Counseling and Grievance Handling for Harm Caused by Harmful Information
    The Company assigns dedicated personnel to handle counseling and grievances related to harm caused by harmful information, in order to prevent further damage. Users may request counseling and grievance handling through the phone number or email address of the Youth Protection Officer provided below.

    4. Designation of Youth Protection Officer
