At a commercial building in Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province, a man enters an empty building during the early morning hours, pulls down his pants in the corner of the stairs, and defecates without hesitation. After finishing his "business," he even takes his time smoking a cigarette in front of the building for over 10 minutes. The 1st and 2nd floors of this building are restaurants, and the owner suffered more than 10 "feces terror" incidents over the course of a year. Unable to bear it any longer, the owner installed a CCTV camera, immediately captured the scene in question, and reported it to the police. According to the informant, not only their store but also the building in front had suffered from these feces incidents for a considerable period. Why on earth did he relieve himself in someone else's building when a restroom was right in front of him? What kind of punishment will he face?
