It was touted as a smartphone made in the U.S., but is it actually assembled in America?
We purchased and unboxed the T1 smartphone from Trump Mobile, the telecommunications brand launched by the Trump family.

From the marketing claims regarding U.S. production that sparked buzz even before its release, to the price jumping from the initial $499 to $749, there were quite a few things to check out.
We also looked at the flashy gold exterior, the design incorporating the American flag, and various Trump-related elements embedded throughout.

So, what about the most important aspect of a smartphone: performance?
Equipped with a 6.78-inch AMOLED display, 12GB of RAM, and 512GB of storage, we directly tested everything from the Trump Phone T1's software, camera, and benchmark performance to its battery and charging speed.

However, the more we examined the device, the more it reminded us of a familiar smartphone—namely, the HTC U24 Pro.
In what ways are the two smartphones similar, and what differences do they have?

We thoroughly checked everything from the design to the performance of the Trump Phone T1 to see if it lives up to its $749 price tag.
