Naked and Masked: Why Police Can't Catch the Suspect Despite 660 CCTVs

Since June, a naked man wearing a mask has repeatedly appeared in areas around a university in Seoul and Ansan.

There have been three related reports over the past three months, including an incident where he hid in the bushes and harassed a student heading to a dormitory.

All the incidents occurred after 9 p.m. in sections where the dormitories and mountains meet.

Police are continuing their investigation, keeping the possibility of a serial offender in mind, but the suspect's identity has not been identified more than a month after the last incident occurred.

The problem is that the new semester has begun without the case being resolved.

As students return to campus and late-night movement on school grounds increases again, students' anxiety continues.
