At around 4:00 AM yesterday, Fighter A choked a man in his 20s, identified as B, into unconsciousness using a technique known as a guillotine choke at an officetel in Cheongna-dong, Seo-gu, Incheon.

After B lost consciousness and violently struck the back of his head against the floor, A slapped him on both cheeks and left him unattended, saying, "Let him sleep it off."
