"Trash Bag?" Shocking Sensation… Dangling from Apartment Railing

Next is the hot topic.

A standard waste disposal bag dangling.

Literally.

An image capturing a standard waste disposal bag hanging dangling outside an apartment window has been captured, becoming a hot issue online.

This is the exterior wall of an apartment.

And that green bag is indeed a standard waste disposal bag. This is a photo that became a hot topic on social media.

A standard waste disposal bag is dangling from the apartment balcony railing.

The bag does not look all that small, and it is a regular standard waste disposal bag that appears to be quite full of trash inside.

Why would someone do that?

The original poster wrote, "It is my first time seeing standard trash bags hung outside a window," and "I am curious if I am the only one finding this strange or if this is actually unrelated to any rules."

Reactions from netizens who saw the photo included, "What are they going to do if it falls?" and "Shouldn't they talk to the management office to have it removed?"

Another reaction was, "It seems like the household upstairs would have to smell the trash if they open their windows."
