Since June, a naked man wearing a mask has repeatedly appeared in areas around a university in Seoul and Ansan.
There have been three related reports over a three-month period, including an incident where he hid in the bushes and groped a student heading toward a dormitory.
All the incidents occurred after 9 p.m. in sections where the dormitories border mountains.
Police are continuing their investigation keeping the possibility of a serial offender in mind, but the suspect's identity remains unidentified more than a month after the last incident occurred.
The problem is that the new semester has begun without the case being resolved.
As students return to campus and late-night movement on school grounds increases again, the anxiety felt by students persists.
