An unexpected gift has reportedly arrived for an Indian youth who has secretly continued his good deeds.
The Ganges River in India's Madhya Pradesh state is entirely covered with trash and filth, making it difficult to see beneath the water's surface.
Yet, a young man can be seen entering the river to clear away the waste.
Known to be 21 years old this year, the young man has reportedly been cleaning the local river all by himself for over seven months.
After sharing his activities on social media, he also landed an unexpected job.
The head of a global marine environmental organization personally contacted him and offered to work together.
Additionally, the state government of India has stepped forward to support the young man, enabling him to pursue his environmental protection activities in earnest.
