Group ZEROBASEONE member Sung Hanbin is stepping out as a solo artist this coming October.
His agency, The L1VE, announced on the 7th, "Sung Hanbin has confirmed his solo debut for October 12 and is currently accelerating his preparations. We ask for a lot of interest and anticipation for Sung Hanbin as he returns with a new side of himself."
Having finished in second place on the 2023 Mnet audition program "Boys Planet" and debuting as a member of ZEROBASEONE that same year, Sung Hanbin is launching solo activities under his own name for the first time in three years since his debut.
Sung Hanbin has stood out as an all-rounder equipped with stable vocals and exceptional performance skills. He has left a strong impression with every stage through his fluid dance lines and delicate expressive power, receiving love from fans both domestically and internationally for his solid live singing and striking visuals.
This year also opened a new chapter for him as part of ZEROBASEONE. Through the 6th mini-album "Ascend-" and its title track "TOP 5," he showcased even more solidified teamwork and a fresh musical color. Recently, he released his second Japanese EP and carried out various promotions, including local live performances and broadcasting appearances. The album reached the top of the Oricon Weekly Album Ranking, once again proving his popularity in Japan.
Beyond group activities, Sung Hanbin has been showcasing stable hosting skills as an MC on Mnet's "Street World Fighter: Director's War." He has also been active as an ambassador in various fields such as fashion and beauty, and this year he was selected as the first global ambassador since the inception of KCON, broadening his touchpoints with global fans as a storyteller conveying KCON's identity and message.
