ENHYPEN, who reorganized as a six-member group following the departure of member HEESEUNG, has claimed their first No. 1 on the U.S. Billboard main album chart, the Billboard 200, with their 8th mini album "THE SIN : BLISS".

Billboard announced in a preview article on the 30th (local time) that "THE SIN : BLISS" took the top spot, surpassing Ella Langley at No. 2 and Olivia Rodrigo at No. 3. This marks ENHYPEN's first time topping the Billboard 200 since their debut in 2020.

Among K-pop boy groups, they are the sixth to achieve No. 1, following BTS, SuperM, Stray Kids, ATEEZ, and TOMORROW X TOGETHER. Among girl groups, BLACKPINK, NewJeans, TWICE, and KATSEYE have previously reached the top, alongside the soundtrack album for the Netflix animated film "KPop Demon Hunters".

The Billboard 200 ranks albums based on "album units," which combine physical album sales, streaming equivalent albums (SEA), and digital track sales equivalent (TEA). "THE SIN : BLISS" recorded 98,000 album units during the tracking week. Of that total, physical album sales accounted for 92,000, landing it at No. 1 on the Top Album Sales chart, while SEA was 6,000 and TEA was negligible.

"THE SIN : BLISS" is ENHYPEN's first release since reorganizing from a seven-member group to six members. Ahead of their comeback, ENHYPEN expressed strong confidence, stating, "Unusually, all the members unanimously agreed that this album has great quality and leaves no regrets. We are confident that this is the most satisfying and brilliant album of our career."

In South Korea, the album surpassed 2.02 million cumulative sales (based on the Hanteo Chart) on the 27th, making them a "double million-seller".

The album is the second installment in "THE SIN" series, which uses sin as its motif, and deals with the conclusion of a journey faced by lovers who broke taboos and escaped. It features a total of 10 tracks, including the title song "Bloody Paradise" and the b-side track "Two Fools".
