BTS JUNGKOOK Makes Surprise Appearance at Stray Kids' Concert to Support BANG CHAN

BTS member JUNGKOOK showed heartwarming K-pop industry friendship by attending the Stray Kids concert amidst his busy schedule.

JUNGKOOK visited the venue for the Stray Kids world tour "RUN IT SEOUL" held at the KSPO DOME in Seoul on the 25th. He was spotted by fans enjoying the show from the audience in a comfortable outfit wearing a black hoodie.

Throughout the concert, JUNGKOOK enjoyed the stage along with the audience and cheered for Stray Kids. In particular, when his manager received sunglasses thrown into the audience by a Stray Kids member during the show, JUNGKOOK put them on and performed an impromptu dance to the music, heating up the atmosphere even more. His free and enjoyable demeanor drew cheers from the fans.

This concert attendance drew even more attention as it took place amidst a tight schedule. BTS is currently on their world tour "ARIRANG" and performed at the halftime show of the FIFA World Cup 2026 final on the 16th. They are also scheduled to perform at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, USA, starting on August 1st. Despite his breathless schedule, JUNGKOOK personally visited the junior group's concert to show his support.

The special bond between JUNGKOOK and Stray Kids leader BANG CHAN has also garnered renewed attention. The two are the same age, born in 1997, and JUNGKOOK previously mentioned during a live broadcast that he is close with BANG CHAN.

BANG CHAN has also consistently shown respect and affection for JUNGKOOK. During a personal live broadcast in 2020, while listening to JUNGKOOK's solo song "Euphoria", he said, "When working on music doesn't go the way I want, listening to this song gives me strength," and expressed his fandom by adding, "JUNGKOOK sunbaenim's voice is so good. I'm really a fan. He is such a wonderful and cool person."
