On the upcoming episode of "Running Man" airing this Sunday, July 12, Yu Jae-seok will transform into a strict discipline captain for his fellow comedians, Song Eun-i, Jo Hye-ryun, and Jee Seokjin.

The episode will feature the "Holding onto the End of This Memory" race, which brings back memories from 1995 alongside guests Song Eun-i and Jo Hye-ryun.

The recent recording featured guests Song Eun-i and Jo Hye-ryun, both from the 10th class of KBS comedians, who were called in by their fellow 10th class peer Jee Seokjin and 7th class senior Yu Jae-seok. The four of them appeared in outfits that perfectly recreated 1995 fashion, instantly bringing back the atmosphere of that era.

Yu Jae-seok, the most senior among them, drew laughter by gathering his juniors, making them link arms and chant "Comrades are one," and even putting them through military-style discipline. Yang Sechan, who is a much younger junior, showed a side of himself rarely seen on the show as he became increasingly quiet in the face of the seasoned comedians' sharp wit, causing the set to erupt in laughter.

Meanwhile, the "Running Man" members also added to the immersion by dressing in outfits and makeup from 1995. Kim Jong-kook wore the same outfit he wore during his debut days with Turbo and even performed the group's signature choreography. Seeing this, Jee Seokjin burst into laughter, asking, "Why did Turbo come back as an old man?" Ji Ye-eun surprised everyone by perfectly recreating the 90s style of actor Kim Hee-sun, but Yu Jae-seok continued to tease the youngest member, saying, "That is not Kim Hee-sun, that is Kim Hwi-sun."

The race was divided into a comedian team and an entertainer team, with the members competing to guess nostalgic items representing specific years. The members were fully immersed in the atmosphere of the era, sharing various personal anecdotes and keeping the set filled with laughter.

Jee Seokjin recalled the night club waiters of the past, saying, "The friends I remember were the waiters 'Seolleongtang' and his assistant 'Dadaegi'," and even delivered a message of gratitude for the first time in decades, turning the set into a sea of laughter.

This race, filled with the seasoned chemistry and nostalgic stories of the comedians, will be revealed on "Running Man," which airs on Sunday, July 12, at 6:10 PM.
