On June 21, Seohyun visited the Pyeonggang Gongju Animal Shelter in Anseong, Gyeonggi Province, to volunteer with her fans in honor of her birthday. The event was organized by Seohyun and her fans to share warmth with abandoned animals in need of love, with 50 fans selected through a raffle joining her in the meaningful cause.
Despite the sweltering heat, Seohyun took the lead and worked tirelessly. Seohyun and her fans completed a demanding schedule—ranging from cleaning the shelter's kennels to caring for and walking the rescued dogs—all while maintaining bright smiles. Filled with mutual support and consideration, the shelter was brimming with heartwarming energy.
Notably, the premium dog brand PPZ joined the good deed. Seohyun and PPZ provided practical help and warmth by donating 5,000 cooked meals and treats for the shelter's rescued dogs.
Known for her consistent donations and social contribution activities, Seohyun once again lent a helping hand where her influence was needed. While she has connected with fans through various content on her birthday every year, this year she chose to return the love she received by giving back, creating an unforgettable bond with her fans.
After completing the volunteer work, Seohyun shared her heartfelt thoughts through her agency, saying, "Being able to take steps alongside my most precious fans on my birthday to bring warmth to these small lives is a deeply meaningful gift that I will never forget." She added, "I am sincerely grateful to the fans who united with one heart and mind to spend their precious time for the shelter's animals."

Meanwhile, Seohyun is set to meet audiences in the upcoming film Seeking the King, which is scheduled for a theatrical release in the second half of this year.
