SBS's hit variety show "Whenever Possible", which has dominated Tuesday nights, is set to return with a brand-new season in the second half of this year, featuring the beloved "Two-Yoo" MC duo, Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok.

"Whenever Possible" is a "gap-targeting" variety show that delivers luck during the brief, spare moments of everyday life. Alongside the news of their comeback, the production team has officially opened recruitment for "gap owners" (everyday citizens) for the upcoming season.

In particular, the announcement reads, "Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok will visit you anywhere in the country. Please invite us into the spare moments of your daily life." This has highly raised expectations for the new moments they will create as they travel nationwide in the upcoming season.

"Whenever Possible" has established itself as the ultimate Tuesday night "mealtime companion show" thanks to the delightful chemistry of Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok, fresh and unpredictable "gap games," and warm interactions with everyday "gap owners" sharing their diverse stories.

Proving its immense popularity, the most recently aired Season 4 not only firmly held the number one spot in its time slot for the 20-49 age demographic across all episodes, but it also set a major record by ranking first in the 20-49 demographic for 15 consecutive weeks among all Tuesday variety shows and dramas, cementing its status as a true powerhouse. In addition, the show ranked 6th in the March Variety Brand Reputation rankings announced by the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute, while MC Yu Jae-seok claimed the top spot in the variety star category, proving their unrivaled brand power.

In the previous Season 4, a total of 36 "gap friends" (guests) spanning various generations and genres—including Lee Je-hoon and Pyo Ye-jin from "Taxi Driver 3", as well as Lee Kwang soo and Park Bo young—appeared as guests, delivering a thrilling rush of dopamine. Consequently, curiosity is mounting over who will appear as "gap owners" and "gap friends" to create new stories in the upcoming season.

Producer Choi Bo-pil, who directs the show, shared his ambitions, saying, "With the new season, "Whenever Possible" will increase its mobility to meet viewers. We plan to capture unexpected fun and fresh stories in a wider variety of locations with even more diverse gap owners." He added, "Please look forward to another special gap time created with the duo of Yu Jae-seok and Yoo Yeonseok, who have now truly found a place in viewers' hearts."

Promising even stronger, everyday-relatable laughter and nationwide healing, the new season of "Whenever Possible" is scheduled to air in the second half of this year.
