Special Counsel Books Lawmakers Kim Gi-hyeon, Kwon Young-jin, and Yun Sang-hyun for Obstructing Arrest of Former President Yoon During a regular briefing today , Special Prosecutor Kwon Young-bin explained, "After analyzing footage collected during the execution of the arrest warrant for former President Yoon in 2025 regarding the insurrection case and conducting further investigations, we confirmed that certain lawmakers obstructed the execution of the warrant." Kwon added, "Among the People Power Party lawmakers whose obstructionist actions were confirmed, we have booked those who publicly argued that the warrant was illegal through interviews and other means."
