Online Temple Created by Job Seeker Draws 600,000 Visitors, Causing Virtual Waiting Lines

An online temple that allows people to perform 108 bows and listen to Buddhist chanting right from their rooms without physically visiting a temple is gaining huge popularity, you say?

Yes, an online temple created using AI by a young man in his twenties preparing for employment is gaining massive popularity on social media.

The developer explained the background behind creating it, saying, "I wanted to take a short break at a temple, but as a job seeker, I didn't have the time or the energy to go all the way there."

Over the past three days, 600,000 people visited the site, and with traffic surging, a so-called "dharma hall waiting line" even formed.

The number of virtual cushions in the online dharma hall, which started at 20, has now been expanded to 10,000.

The popularity did not stop domestically.

Many users from overseas, including Taiwan, Vietnam, and Thailand, are also visiting the site.

At the request of users, a feature for donating offering rice has also been added.

Netizens showed enthusiastic responses, leaving comments such as, "It is genuinely peaceful and great," and "I am healing while doing 108 bows from the corner of my room."
