"She Wasn't This Pretty Back Then"... Lee Seo-jin Teases Ha Ji-won upon Reunion After 23 Years

The legendary on-screen couple from the drama Damo, Lee Seo-jin and Ha Ji-won, are reuniting after 23 years, generating massive online buzz even before the broadcast.

Preview and special pre-release videos for the Ha Ji-won episode of the SBS variety show Whatever You Want - Secretary Jin (hereinafter Secretary Jin), scheduled to air on Friday, October 30, are recording explosive view counts.

Following the previous preview video, which garnered about 1 million views, an additional special pre-release video unveiled on October 27 surpassed a combined 3 million views in just one day, proving viewers' high expectations for the legendary reunion.

In the released video, Lee Seo-jin immediately teased Ha Ji-won upon meeting her, saying, "Ji-won is much prettier than before. Actually, she wasn't this pretty back then." He also brought laughter by showing their bickering, "real sibling" chemistry after spotting Ha Ji-won's favorite doll and joking, "Is that for putting a curse on someone?"

In particular, Lee Seo-jin talked about his first impression of Ha Ji-won during the filming of Damo. Recalling a 20-year-old Ha Ji-won drinking soju to warm up in a snowy Daegwallyeong mountain cabin after finishing her first shoot, he recalled, "She looked like life was quite exhausting. I was so surprised," making everyone burst into laughter.

On this day's broadcast, Ha Ji-won is set to embark on Secretary Jin's first-ever overseas business trip to Singapore with Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-gyu, spending a special time together.

The delightful chemistry between Lee Seo-jin and Ha Ji-won, who are meeting again after 23 years, and their Singapore business trip will be revealed on Secretary Jin, airing at 11:10 PM on Friday, October 30.
