Trump Faces Backlash From Supporters After Posting 41-Second Video of Fatal Tiger Attack

U.S. President Donald Trump is facing controversy after uploading a video capturing the exact moment a British man was killed in a tiger attack onto his social media.

According to foreign media outlets including The Washington Post, President Trump posted a 41-second video of the incident on Truth Social along with the caption, "Never mess with nature."

The video was also shared on the White House's X account.

Following this, President Trump posted another edited 21-second video showing lions attacking people, set to upbeat music.

Supporters who encountered these posts expressed critical stances, questioning the president's judgment.

One supporter, who stated they are usually a fervent supporter of President Trump, even wrote, "I cannot support this post."

The victim in the video is 24-year-old William Chapman from Buckinghamshire, UK. He entered a tiger enclosure at the Yorkshire Wildlife Park in the UK on the afternoon of October 10 and was subsequently attacked and killed by a Siberian tiger.

Footage of Chapman being severely attacked by the tiger had also spread across social media.

Chapman's family released a statement saying, "William was a bright and warm young man, but sadly he had been receiving intensive medication for mental illness for several years."

They urged, "Posting and distributing highly offensive media content causes severe distress to people going through vulnerable times," and called for an end to such behavior.
