Bull Terrier Attacks Resident During Apartment Walk, Requiring Six Surgeries

A bull terrier suddenly lunged at a tip-off provider who was taking a walk inside an apartment complex.

While trying to shield her face, the victim sustained severe injuries to her right arm and thigh, requiring a 23-day hospital stay and six surgeries. She continues to undergo treatment while experiencing ongoing difficulties using her wrist and suffering from psychological trauma.

Although the dog owner claimed that the victim approached the dog first, CCTV footage clearly captured the dog rushing at the victim as she walked past the owner. We captured the dangerous situation at the time.
