However, before determining whether fraud has occurred, users will be notified and given a 14-day opportunity to explain their case. Users may also file an objection within 30 days of receiving notice regarding measures such as service suspension or refund recovery.

The revised terms will be announced for one month starting August 27 through the mobile app and website, and will take effect on September 28.
