Neighbor Kicks Front Door, Then Returns With Rubber Mallet... Victim Forced to Move Out

Complaints about inter-floor noise from a downstairs resident began late last year. Although the informant's family laid down mats and tried to be careful in their daily lives, the downstairs resident's complaints escalated into swearing and kicking the front door.

CCTV footage even captured the neighbor striking the front door with a rubber mallet. As the situation continued even after the police were called, the informant's family ultimately chose to move out with a full year left on their lease. The downstairs resident has been forwarded to the prosecution on stalking charges.
