Hip-hop duo Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae's son, Jordan, has made his debut as a music video director for his parents' new release.
Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae released the special single "Let Me Love You" on August 20, treating fans to a rare duet performance. This music video holds special significance as their son Jordan took charge of the concept and planning, making his directorial debut as a co-director alongside Han Sang-bum.
In the music video, Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae appear as an affectionate couple, conveying messages of love and connection through a retro arcade game theme.
"Let Me Love You" was written and composed by Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae, with arrangement by K-pop hitmaker and global producer Allen. It is also drawing attention as Allen's first full-scale collaboration project since joining Good Life Crew, having previously topped various Billboard charts multiple times.
This track also serves as the opening song for the duo's various musical collaborations scheduled throughout this year. Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae plan to successively showcase diverse attempts that transcend genre boundaries, including R&B and hip-hop. Starting this series, the track is crafted as a bright and exciting love song to wrap up the end of summer, carrying the wish for a world that loves each other a little more.
Meanwhile, in conjunction with the new single release, Tiger JK is opening a pop-up store to simultaneously launch new brand merchandise and apparel. The duo is also scheduled to perform at the representative summer music festival "WATERBOMB," continuing their active summer promotions starting with the new song.
Tiger JK and Yoon Mi-rae married in 2007 and welcomed their son Jordan in March 2008.
