Drafted as a Catcher, Now Playing Right Field and First Base? The Adaptability of Kim Hyuna, the No. 4 Overall Pick in U.S. Baseball

Kim Hyuna, a national team catcher, has stepped onto her dream professional stage in the Women's Pro Baseball League (WPBL), which has been revived for the first time in 72 years.

Drafted 4th overall by Boston, Kim Hyuna appeared as a right fielder and first baseman rather than her original position as a catcher in her first two games after the opening.

On the 9th (Korea time) in a game against New York, she wore the starting catcher's gear for the first time, and Boston overcame a 6-0 deficit to secure a 9-6 come-from-behind victory, claiming their first win of the season.
