The newly released teaser video for the new season of "My Genie Secretary" has generated massive buzz, surpassing 500,000 cumulative views across major digital platforms. Proving its past fame—which achieved 170 million cumulative views for previous season clips and highlights, and ranked number one in the entertainment category on Netflix's "Today's Top Series in South Korea"—the excitement is palpable even before the broadcast.
In the teaser video, Lee Seo-jin showed his veteran-like pride, saying, "What haven't I done while filming 'My Genie Secretary'? I gulped down sundae soup in a car, put in contact lenses, filmed challenges, and worked as a concert pre-MC. I even sang a song. How much more can I grow from here?" However, alongside the caption reading "You can grow," an extreme field surpassing the previous season unfolded, drawing laughter.
This season catches the eye with an even larger scale of assistance. Lee Seo-jin was captured closely assisting singer BIBI at the scorching Waterbomb festival, personally firing a water cannon, while Kim Kwang-kyu's jaw dropped at the massive crowd. Furthermore, a "dopamine service" is teased as he enthusiastically scratches lottery tickets side-by-side with actor Cha Tae-hyun, raising curiosity.
The bickering, realistic best-friend chemistry between Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-kyu also exploded. When Lee Seo-jin pointed out Kim Kwang-kyu's fashion by saying, "I really hope you use a stylist.
