SEVENTEEN member SEUNGKWAN (28, Boo Seung-kwan) has been accepted into the army military band and will enlist this year.
According to reports by News1 on the 10th, SEUNGKWAN applied for the army military band and received his final acceptance. With this, SEUNGKWAN becomes the seventh member of the group to fulfill his military service, following JEONGHAN, WONWOO, WOOZI, HOSHI, VERNON, and DK.
His enlistment is expected to take place within this year. SEUNGKWAN is scheduled to make his acting debut through the new upcoming drama "Wed-Thu-Fri" (tentative title), slated for release next year. He is expected to remain active in acting, variety shows, and music leading up to his enlistment.
Meanwhile, SEVENTEEN member WONWOO is currently serving as a public service worker, while HOSHI and WOOZI are continuing their military service as active-duty soldiers in the army. VERNON is set to begin his alternative service on the 20th, and DK will enter active-duty military service on September 8th. MINGYU and DINO are facing upcoming enlistments in the future.
