'Kick a Goal' Returns with All-Star Match After 399 Days; "Not Just a Variety Show, It's War"

SBS "Kick a Goal" is returning with an all-star match featuring its top players for the first time in 399 days.

Airing on the 5th, the upcoming episode of "Kick a Goal" will host the highly anticipated "2nd GIFA All-Star Match," featuring an intense showdown driven by the players' pride.

The all-star match heated up even before the kickoff with fierce war of nerves between the two teams. Blue Team captain Jung Hye-in delivered a strong warning, saying, "The Yellow Team seems to just want to have fun, but the most important thing in sports is winning." In response, Yellow Team goalkeeper KISUM immediately fired back, "We didn't come here to do a variety show. We came here to go to war," drawing a sharply divided battle line.

A key point to watch is the "internal battle" where top duos who previously boasted incredible chemistry on their original teams are now pitted against each other. "Kyoung-SEOGI" (Kyoung Seo and SEOGI), "Na-Ori" (NATY and Saori), and "Ma-Yu-Mi" (Mashima and So Yu Mi) will meet as opponents in an unavoidable clash. At the scene, an unexpected moment was even captured where Kyoung Seo pinched the hip of her now-rival partner SEOGI, sparking curiosity.

The spaces left by the dismantled original combinations are filled with fresh chemistry unique to the all-star match. On the Yellow Team, the "baby duo" of youngest members SEOGI and Park Ju-ah was formed, while the Blue Team features a showdown between the "speed duo" of "Demon" Mashima and "Daughter of the Wind" Lee Yu-jung. In particular, Mashima raised expectations for the match result by expressing her confidence, stating, "I will score 3 goals into the net where KISUM unni is standing."
