Teenagers Steal 4 Million Won Worth of Pokemon Cards: The Shocking Response After Being Tracked Down

In late May, two middle school students stole 4 million won worth of Pokemon cards from an unmanned store in Gwangyang, South Jeolla Province. After checking CCTV footage, the store owner tracked down the culprits by finding a sales post they had uploaded on a second-hand trading platform.

However, the students were all under the age of 14, classifying them as "juvenile offenders" (law-protected minors) who are exempt from criminal punishment. To make matters worse, the parents of the students have been unreachable. The store owner expressed frustration, stating that they have received neither compensation nor a proper apology.
