During a two-hour private summit and an expanded luncheon meeting, President Lee and Mexican President Claudia Sheinbaum agreed to consolidate the strategic partnership between the two countries amid an uncertain international climate marked by the reorganization of global supply chains.

During the summit, President Lee also emphasized the necessity of signing a trade agreement to expand bilateral trade and investment and create a stable business environment.
