Neighbor Kicks Front Door, Smashes It with Rubber Mallet... Family Forced to Move

Complaints about floor noise from a downstairs neighbor began late last year. Although the informant's family laid down mats and tried to be careful in their daily lives, the downstairs neighbor's complaints escalated to swearing and kicking the front door.

CCTV footage even captured the neighbor striking the front door with a rubber mallet. As the situation continued despite police reports, the informant's family ultimately chose to move out, leaving a full year left on their lease. The downstairs neighbor has been forwarded to the prosecutors' office on stalking charges.
