BIGBANG Kicks Off 20th Anniversary World Tour Today with First Performance of New Song 'BiiiG'

Group BIGBANG kicks off their full-group 20th anniversary world tour today for a three-day run.

BIGBANG will open the door to their 20th anniversary world tour by holding 'Coupang Play presents BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR <XX : COSMOS> IN GOYANG' at the Goyang Stadium main stadium.

This concert will feature a setlist composed of tracks released over the past 20 years, alongside the first-ever live performance of their new single 'BiiiG,' released approximately 4 years and 4 months. Solo stages for each member are also included. The members reportedly participated directly in overall production planning, including setlist curation and stage design.

The concert will feature live band arrangements led by Wow Jones, who has collaborated with artists such as Usher, Post Malone, and Rihanna. Stage direction was led by Mike Carson, who directed the 2025 Super Bowl Halftime Show, alongside Es Devlin, who designed the stage for the 2012 London Olympics closing ceremony. The mobile LED structure was built with a total weight of 23 tons.

Ahead of the concert, BIGBANG has continued promotions for their 20th anniversary, holding events along the Han River around their debut date and staging lighting shows and media exhibitions across the Jamsil area. They also collaborated with the science YouTube channel 'Un-science' and were appointed as the inaugural promotional ambassadors for the Korea Aero Space Administration.

Starting with the Goyang concerts, BIGBANG will continue their world tour across 33 shows in 19 cities, including North America, Europe, Oceania, and Asia. Additional cities will be announced sequentially.

Meanwhile, BIGBANG released their new digital single 'BiiiG' on the 19th to mark their 20th anniversary. The song topped major domestic music charts and hit No. 1 on iTunes song charts in 24 regions, while entering at No. 1 on Melon's TOP100 chart after recording the highest number of users within the first hour of release.
