Around 9 a.m., Mr. A began causing a disturbance, shouting profanities at residents while under the influence of alcohol.

When police arrived following a report, he pulled out a nail gun, typically used for driving nails, and continued his rampage.

Causing a commotion from a second-floor balcony, Mr. A indiscriminately fired nails using the nail gun toward police officers and residents.
