The 24th National Student Sepak Takraw Championship and the 18th Sepak Takraw Corporate League, hosted by the Korea Sepak Takraw Association, will kick off a five-day run starting on November 4 at the Boeun National Sports Center in Boeun County, North Chungcheong Province.

As the tournament for student athletes and the corporate league featuring top-tier domestic players are held concurrently, the event is expected to serve as a stage where the present and future of South Korean sepak takraw can be witnessed in one place.

The second national team selection trials for 2026 will also take place, reigniting the competition among athletes aiming to wear the national taeguk mark.

In addition, the event will feature U-19 athletes who are set to compete in the 2026 Asian Sepak Takraw Federation (ASTAF) U-19 Asian Sepak Takraw Championship, scheduled to be held in Manila, Philippines, from November 26 to 30.

The players plan to evaluate their prepared skills, enhance their tactical execution capabilities, and sharpen their match fitness through this domestic tournament before heading to the competition in the Philippines.
