The eSports fighting game national team at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games won the gold medal by defeating Japan 5-2 in the final.

Bae Jae-min (Knee), Yeon Je-gil (DakCorgi), and Lee Kwang-no (MadKOF) turned the game around by winning four consecutive sets after falling behind 1-2.

After the match, Bae Jae-min revealed that the strategy designed by the coach "matched almost to the exact score," while Coach Kang Sung-hoon shared his tactics: "Overwhelming them with KOF, holding our ground in Tekken, and creating variables in Street Fighter."
