South Korean female divers Kim Na-hyun and Moon Na-yun have claimed the bronze medal in the synchronized 10m platform event at the 2026 Aichi-Nagoya Asian Games.
The pair of Kim Na-hyun and Moon Na-yun finished third with a total score of 276.90 points across five dives in the women's synchronized 10m platform final held today (the 26th) at the Tokyo Aquatics Centre in Japan.
The two athletes started off strong by taking second place in their first dive (48.00 points). They then maintained a close battle in the third and fourth positions by recording 46.80 points in the second dive, 63.84 points in the third dive, and 53.94 points in the fourth dive.
In their final fifth dive, they cleanly executed a backward dive with 2.5 somersaults and 1.5 twists with a degree of difficulty of 3.2 (dive 5253B) to earn 64.32 points. They comfortably outpaced the fourth-place Malaysian duo of Pandelela Rinong and Nur Dhabitah Sabri (247.29 points) by a margin of 29.61 points to secure their spot on the podium.
The gold medal went to the world's powerhouse Chinese duo of Chen Yuxi and Lu Wei.
They claimed the top of the podium with an overwhelming score of 347.82 points.
North Korea's Jo Jin-mi and Kim Mi-rae, silver medalists at the 2024 Paris Olympics, finished second with 317.64 points to take home the silver medal.
