Naver announced that it is enhancing user convenience and benefits across major services such as search, Place, short-form content, and overseas payments for the Chuseok holiday.
Users can search for "Chuseok" on Naver to check the origin of the holiday, traditional table settings for ancestral rites, how to write ancestral ghost tablets, holiday subsidies, and information on hospitals and pharmacies operating during the holiday.
Search results will also provide real-time information including Incheon International Airport departure hall waiting times, Gimpo International Airport boarding time requirements, airport parking lot status, and flight schedules.
Naver Place provides information on hospitals, pharmacies, animal hospitals, and emergency medical institutions operating on public holidays or 24 hours a day.
From September 24 to 27, it will also provide information on the free opening of approximately 9,000 public parking lots operated by public and administrative agencies and schools nationwide.
Naver Hotel is running a "Chuseok Secret Special" until September 22, offering up to a 3% discount on domestic hotel secret mall room reservations and up to 5% Naver Pay point accumulation benefits.
Naver Clip, a short-form video service, will showcase content themed around travel, holiday food, family, and health management from September 23 to 26.
Through the Feed Coin event running until September 27, users can earn up to 1,000 Feed Coins per day by watching Clip videos.
Naver Pay is running a "Lucky Pocket Promotion" until October 31, which awards points based on payment conditions across 74 countries and regions where overseas QR payment services are available.
Additional on-site payment discount benefits are also provided in Japan, China, Hong Kong, and Macao.
