French actor and musician Charlotte Gainsbourg is set to attend the 31st Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) to meet with Korean audiences.
According to the organizers of the Busan International Film Festival, Gainsbourg plans to participate in various programs including film screenings, a special talk, and a Cine Class to share her 40-year acting journey and artistic world.
At this year's festival,
Melancholia
, a film personally chosen by Charlotte Gainsbourg, will be specially screened. Following the screening, a special talk with actor Jung Eun-chae will take place, where they are expected to share behind-the-scenes stories from the filming and talk about collaborations with director Lars von Trier.
In addition, a Cine Class under the theme "Charlotte Gainsbourg, Muse of French Chic" will be held at 1:30 PM on October 8 at the Shinsegae Centum City Cultural Hall, with ticket reservations opening at 2:00 PM on September 21.
