SBS Friday entertainment show "Whatever It Takes - Secretary Jin" (hereafter "Secretary Jin") is maintaining its unstoppable momentum, holding the top spot on Netflix's variety show charts for three consecutive weeks.
"Secretary Jin" has maintained its position at No. 2 overall on Netflix's "Top 10 Series in South Korea Today" and No. 1 in the variety category for three consecutive weeks, while also ranking 4th on the weekly chart for the first week of September. Online reactions are equally enthusiastic, with cumulative digital views of major clips surpassing 30 million views in just three episodes.
Amidst this buzz, actor Ji Changwook will return to "Secretary Jin" as a "my star" on the broadcast airing on Friday the 18th.
A pre-released teaser video showed Lee Seo-jin and Kim Kwang-gyu visiting the production presentation site for the drama "The Scandal". The two could not hide their excitement upon seeing Nana and Son Ye-jin who attended together, eliciting laughter as they provided fan-filled service with remarks like, "Do you want some honey? Because you're pretty."
However, the real protagonist of the day was Ji Changwook, who had expressed regret during his previous appearance. The production team planned the first-ever "service after-sales" exclusively for Ji Changwook, providing dopamine-exploding "truancy service" moving between an arcade and a karaoke room.
