The national archery team has visited a baseball stadium, conducting special training to maintain high levels of concentration ahead of the Asian Games.

At Champions Field, the home stadium of the KIA Tigers, national archers including Paris Olympics triple gold medalist Kim Woo-jin draw their bows with force.
With the opening of the Asian Games just two weeks away, the training was designed to help athletes maintain extreme concentration even in unfamiliar environments, amidst large crowds and heavy noise.
Even with loud music playing, mascots beating drums noisily, and interference tactics deployed right beside them, the athletes remained unwavering.
[Kim Woo-jin / National Archery Team (Paris Olympics Triple Gold Medalist): Doing something like this in front of a large crowd is quite nerve-wracking in itself. Being able to practice for that beforehand definitely seems to be more of an advantage.]
The dominant recurve national team will attempt to sweep all five events—including the men's and women's individual and team events, as well as the mixed team event—just as they did at the Paris Olympics two years ago. Meanwhile, the compound national team, which uses mechanical bows, is aiming for at least two gold medals.
[Kang Chae-young / National Archery Team: We have prepared extensively and poured our all into this summer, so I think we might be able to sweep all the events.]
Oh Ye-jin, who stepped up to throw the ceremonial first pitch, delivered the ball with pinpoint accuracy as if an arrow was tracing an arc to hit the 10-ring target, earning loud applause.
