Trump Says U.S. Could Strike Iran's 'Pickaxe Mountain' Soon

U.S. President Donald Trump stated on the 4th, local time, that there is a possibility the U.S. could strike "Pickaxe Mountain," suspected of housing Iran's underground nuclear facilities.

Speaking in response to reporters' questions during an executive order signing ceremony at the White House that day, President Trump said, "Iran is not going to have a nuclear weapon," adding, "We may hit Pickaxe Mountain soon. If something is going on there."

Regarding a potential war with Iran, President Trump remarked, "We call it a military conflict," and said, "That's small potatoes for us."

President Trump emphasized, "I would call this intermittent. We hit [Iran] intermittently," adding, "We're not fighting right now. There's no battle."

He also claimed, "There are no mines whatsoever" in the Strait of Hormuz, stating, "They [Iran] had some mines, but we cleared them all out with mine sweepers."
