However, a narrow and long stationary front will develop where the cold air descending behind the low-pressure system collides with warm air from the south.
Consequently, heavy rain of up to 80 mm is expected in the Chungcheong and Honam regions, and caution is advised as downpours could be extremely intense, reaching over 50 mm per hour.
The weather will remain humid tonight as well.
Seoul's morning low tomorrow is forecast at 26°C (79°F), pointing to a tropical night. Tomorrow afternoon, under the influence of rain clouds, the heat will be somewhat tempered, with Seoul reaching a high of 30°C (86°F).
Rain is expected to continue nationwide through the final day of August.
