Last month, on the 27th, a shocking incident of retaliatory driving took place in broad daylight on a road in Suseong-gu, Daegu.
A woman who was driving home with her middle school daughter turned slowly right from a narrow road onto a main road while securing a safe distance, at which point the car following behind sounded its horn.
As the woman fled, the man pursued her for about eight minutes, rammed into her car, got out of his vehicle, pointed an object that looked like a "gun" while shouting, struck the front windshield and windows of the woman's car multiple times, and even pulled out an awl to puncture and flat her tires.
When the police arrived, the man got back into his car and acted as if nothing had happened.
We captured the shocking behavior of that retaliatory driving incident at the time.
